Delivery Cost

Standard

Our standard delivery cost is displayed at checkout and based on the order total in your cart.

  • Orders $149 and over free (excludes Big and Heavy and BB family rewards*)
  • Orders under $149: low flat rate of $7.50 anywhere in New Zealand (excludes Big and Heavy)

Big and Heavy

Items marked as Big and Heavy will incur an additional delivery fee due to their size and weight. Cost is calculated at checkout based on the number of items in your cart.

  • Minimum charge of $50.00 (plus $50.00 for every additional big and bulky item)


Delivery Timeframe

Depending on your location in New Zealand, once we hand your parcel over to our carrier partner, it can take approximately:

  • Within metro areas of Auckland: 1 – 3 business days
  • North Island: 2 – 3 business days
  • South Island: 2 – 4 business days

Please allow extra business days if you have ordered a Big and Heavy item, live in a remote area or placed your order during a sale period.


Delivery Note

  • *Delivery timeframes and dates are indicative only.
  • *If your cart total is under $149 after applying your Baby Bunting family rewards, the standard flat rate of $7.50 delivery fee applies
  • In peak times (e.g., Promotions, Black Friday Sales, Christmas, Easter, Public holidays) there may be a delay in goods being delivered.
  • Risk and title in goods pass onto you at the delivery address provided in your order on the date and time of delivery.
  • Baby Bunting will not deliver to a PO Box, locked bag, parcel lockers, farms or cattle stations.
  • After your goods are dispatched, Baby Bunting will email you a confirmation.
  • If your premises are unattended at the time of delivery or there is no safe place to leave your parcel, your goods may be taken to a local depot or post office (with the exception of rural locations where ATL is only available for certain sized parcels). Please check your email or SMS for delivery updates.
  • Please check your delivery address details thoroughly before placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange a redirection of your goods to an alternative address once they have been dispatched to the original address in your order.
  • Baby Bunting seeks to ensure dispatch occurs within 24 to 48 hours of your order being processed however, in some cases it may take longer. Please refer to the shipping and tracking information you receive for an estimated delivery time.
